James Higdon is MML&K’s Research and Communications Specialist, responsible for legislative bill tracking, research, client communications and PAC management, as well as various administrative duties. James graduated magna cum laude from the University of Louisville with a B.A. in Political Science. He spent two legislative sessions as an intern at the Frankfort Capitol, one in the state House of Representatives and the other in the Senate President’s Office.
